A Legacy of Giving: About Hunger Inc.

Since 1983, Hunger Inc. (located at 1416 E. Epler Ave.) has been a pillar of support for our community. For over four decades, they have provided food at no cost to families in need, ensuring that no neighbor has to go to bed on an empty stomach.

This drive is our chance to support their mission and ensure they have the inventory required to serve everyone who walks through their doors.

What We Need: The "Most Wanted" List

To make the biggest impact, we are focusing on shelf-stable staples that provide nutrition and variety. If you’re headed to the grocery store, consider picking up a few extra of these items:

• Protein & Basics: Canned Meats, Peanut Butter, and Jelly.

• Easy Meals: Mac & Cheese, Boxed Meals, Soup, and Crackers.

• Pantry Staples: Pasta, Rice, Sauce, Cereal, and Pancake Mix.

• The Essentials: Canned Fruits and Vegetables.

Where to Drop Off Your Donations

We’ve made it easy to give! You can drop off your non-perishable donations at either of these two convenient Indianapolis locations from now through April 30th:
